Trump Prepares for the Worst After Verdict, Says ‘Breaking Point’ May Be Close – ‘It’s Just the Way It Is’

Former President Donald Trump is facing the possibility of prison time or house arrest after being found guilty last week on 34 felony counts related to hush money payments made throughout his 2016 presidential campaign.

The ex-president radiated an air of serenity and nonchalance during a telecasted conversation broadcast on Fox News‘ “Fox and Friends Weekend” on Sunday.

Donald Trump is set to face sentencing on July 11, a simple four-day interval before the Republican National Convention, at which he is anticipated to officially acknowledge the Republican Party’s recommendation of his 2024 governmental bid, as reported by Axios.

While the charges carry a maximum of 4 years in prison on each count, some legal experts state Trump may not see the inside of a cell given that low-level felonies like the ones Trump is found guilty of practically never lead to prison time, according to Business Insider.

Judges have the authority to levy a significant monetary penalty or appoint community service in place of that.
According to defense attorney and ex-Brooklyn district attorney Arthur Aidala, in an interview with Business Insider, he can not picture a circumstance in which Donald Trump serves even a single day behind bars.

Still, nothing is off the table considering the history of apparent predisposition and political program displayed by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan. They are “made men”; mob soldiers, like Bragg and Merchan, follow orders. They do what the bosses tell them. Made men, members of the criminal syndicate that masquerade as the DFemocratic  Party, and they will do whatever their mob bosses decide. That’s how it is when a criminal syndicate runs your country. Trump’s fate is in the hands of the Obiden JUnta, controlled by Obama, and Merchan will impose whatever sentence Obama and this inner circle decide is beat for the crime syndicate.  Perhaps, with the blowback and backfire this sham trial has already received, they will back off, but this writer doubts it very much. Biden might eke out a victory with TYrump in an orange jumpsuit confined to jail on Riker’s Island.

Norman L. Eisen, the writer of the book “Trying Trump: A Guide to His First Election Interference Criminal Trial,” expressed in an article for The New York Times in April that the judge thinks about enforcing a prison sentence based on Trump’s “absence of remorse” and multiple “violations” of Merchan’s gag orders.

He revealed his acceptance of the potential effects on Fox’s Pete Hegseth, specifying he was resigned to being confined to his home or perhaps serving time behind bars.

“It is what it is,” he mentioned to the hosts of Fox News, notifying them that he has recommended his legal team not to plead anything.

“I recently saw among my lawyers on TV cautioning against doing something about it against the president.”

“I stated, don’t, you don’t ask for anything. It’s simply the way it is.”

This writer’s personal opinion at this juncture is that Trump should seek sanctuary in a red state, Florida or Texas, where the Governor will refuse any extradition to New York until the appeal process has been exhausted.
This would, of course, place a significant restriction on Trump. Still, it would be better than Riker’s Island Jail, and he could conduct his campaign virtually and without exposure to the next step in the crime families‘ effort to stop him: assassination.

The upcoming half-year is anticipated to be filled with unmatched political occasions. Prepare for a wild ride.
