Missouri’s Attorney General, Andrew Bailey, has affirmed his intention to take legal action against New York for what he refers to as an unconstitutional assault on the democratic system through legal strategies targeting President Trump.

Bailey stated he would be taking action to combat illegal prosecutions against the former president.

Bailey urged the re-establishment of a fair and straightforward legal system.

He shared solely with Fox News Digital that extreme progressives in New York are trying to control the 2024 election. We must take a stand and withstand,” he mentioned.

It’s time to bring back the guidelines of law.

Missouri’s top police official, Andrew Bailey, declared his objective to take legal action against the state of New York, mentioning that the prosecution of previous President Donald Trump on charges of falsifying service records was politically encouraged and aimed at disrupting his governmental quote.

Attrorney GeneralĀ  Bailey declared on social networks Thursday evening that he intends to take legal action against the state of New York, accusing it of undermining the democratic system by using unlawful techniques to target President Trump. She highlighted the requirement to reestablish the concept of governance based on order.

We should oppose an abandoner prosecutor attempting to remove a presidential candidate from the campaign, which weakens the people of Missouri’s ability to participate in a democratic and fair election

Bailey’s argument claims that the statute of constraints on misdemeanor organization records falsification charges ended in 2019 and that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg never specified the “intent to dedicate another crime,” reports Axios.

According to Bailey’s office, the suit will go to the U.S. Supreme Court, including one state suing another. The case will be titled “Missouri v. New York.”

In a recent interview with Newsmax, Bailey expressed his belief that there is proof recommending the Department of Justice operated in tandem with prosecutors connected with the Democratic Party to target Trump.

Everyone can see the illegal nature of the prosecutions themselves,” Bailey told Newsmax’s “Rob Schmitt Tonight,” adding that the New York case, as well as other claims versus Trump, “are not supported by the facts and the law.

Bailey demands the Department of Justice to reveal its correspondence with several high-ranking prosecutors, including Manhattan’s Alvin Bragg, New York’s Attorney General Letitia James, and Fani Willis, who serves as the District Attorney of Fulton County, Georgia.
