The Post reports that in most states, illegal immigrants get welfare benefits, driving licenses, and other federal and state governments are also being registered to vote. This is not just illegal, and it is a massive federal crime that makes all involved subject to federal criminal prosecution and RICO enhancements.
According to the report, although it is against the law for people not U.S. citizens to vote in a national election, the current system does not necessitate supplying proof of citizenship when applying to cast a vote.
