Appeals Court Paves the Way for Illegals to Steal the Election in Arizona. This decision can b ecited as precedent in any similar case throughout the United States. It is binding precedent. There is ONLY ONE WAY this can be stopped and that is the immediate adoption of the Omega4America program.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed itself en banc  on Thursday and has decided to allow Arizona residents to sign up for federal elections without needing to produce evidence of citizenship. 

“It’s another excessive swerve in the legal fight over a 2022 law that intends ultimately to reverse a part of the National Voter Registration Act and requires all Arizona voters to reveal evidence of citizenship to sign up to vote,” reports USA Today. “The order resumes a path for possible voters who simply 2 weeks earlier were disallowed from using the state voter registration type to sign up to vote unless they could produce evidence of U.S. citizenship. It includes two months before the high-stakes governmental election’s October 7 registration deadline.

The judgment allows people to again make use of the voter registration form offered by the state without requirement of providing proof of citizenship. Rather, they need to swear under penalty of perjury that to taking part in nationwide elections exclusively.

According to the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office, within days following the July 18 decision mandating documentary proof, 200 voter applications were declined.

The Arizona Secretary of State’s Office released a clarification on Thursday concerning the effects of the ruling.

“Election authorities might not reject voter registration applications sent without DPOC, no matter which kind is used,” interactions director Aaron Thacker stated. DPOC is shorthand for documentary evidence of citizenship.
