The Supreme Court’s recent decision gave them a gift. This is not our father’s FBI. It has been completely restructured by the Obama and Biden Administration into a group of armed crime family “made men” that enforce the orders of the organized crime syndicate masquerading as the Democratic Uniparty. The FBI is supposedly heightening its efforts to manage online material in the lead-up to the 2024 election, raising issues that the agency is focusing on suppressing dissenting voices over upholding the democratic concepts it was established to secure.

The FBI is heightening its censorship activities in preparation for the 2024 presidential election by improving its cooperation with social networks platforms following the initiation of a discreet operation in February focused on censoring material, according to a recent memo.

A July 12, 2024 memo from Associate Deputy Attorney General George D. Turner reveals that the Biden administration is cracking down labeling it “foreign malign influence,” in reaction to the Supreme Court’s judgment in Murthy v. Missouri. This move effectively undermines the constitutional right to complimentary expression ensured by the First Amendment, which was seriously worn down by the Court’s June decision.

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s October 2023 decision to suspend a 5th Circuit Court order restricting the FBI’s interference, the Department of Justice (DOJ) started developing a uniform protocol for social media platforms, known as FMI, while continuing to safeguard free speech rights under the First Amendment.

The memo specifies that the FBI began executing a standard procedure in early February 2024 and is consistently sharing FMI risk details with social media businesses. As part of this strategy, the FBI prepares to hold regular conferences with social media businesses to discuss and resolve potential FMI risks related to their platforms.

The memo additional states that the DOJ’s Justice Manual includes a “framework” for the DOJ to follow when deciding whether to “reveal FMI operations”– such as if alleged “foreign impact operations” are supposedly spreading out “covert foreign government propaganda or disinformation.

However alleged “foreign malign impact” frequently isn’t so.

In 2020, federal agencies suppressed accurate details.

51 ex-“intelligence authorities” signed a letter before the 2020 governmental election suggesting that the questionable Hunter Biden laptop computer might be Russian disinformation. Antony Blinken, a former senior adviser to Biden’s campaign, initiated this letter, as revealed by ex-CIA Deputy Director Michael Morrell.

The laptop was authenticated by the FBI as early as November 2019, however, and has since been utilized as evidence against the Biden boy in a federal weapon case.

Despite the FBI’s understanding of the laptop computer’s credibility, the agency cautioned social network companies against so-called “Russian propaganda” and “hack-and-leak operations” by “state stars.” Almost instantly, Twitter and Facebook started throttling the story’s reach. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg later admitted that his platform reduced the tale following the FBI’s warning.
