The new law was passed in reaction to the beachside city of Huntington Beach passing a voter ID change, Measure A, in March with the support of a majority of citizens. This was after the City determined that illegal aliens were voting in their elections.

Measure A would allow the city to require voter identification, boost in-person ballot sites, and screen ballot drop boxes in regional elections. County election information shows that the procedure won at the polls in March with 53.4% approval.

Unfortunately, California is firmly in the grasp of the crime syndicate masquerading as the Democratic Party, and its current crime boss, the well-known mobster Don Gavin Newsom, sprang into action to stop any effort at eroding the grip the crime syndicate has on the long-suffering citizens of the Mob State of California. With the highest tax rates in the nation tax-paying residents are fleeing California in droves each year. It’s so bad that it is almost impossible to rent a UHaul With the truck or trailer, and when they are available the rent is 3 times what it costs to rent a Uhaul in another state for return in California. Meanwhile, the crime family welcomes the arrival of millions of illegal aliens with free housing and health care and state jobs and welfare.

With every new law passed in California recently, the crime syndicates‘ grip on the state expands. Guv Gavin Newsom turned up the temperature by a few more degrees today with a brand-new law handling voter registration and how voters are vetted at their polling places. The city of Huntington Beach passed a voter ID modification in March, requiring voters to present voter identification at their polling place, showing that they are citizens and qualified to enact the election. That might seem like a reasonable adequate request, but this is California we’re discussing. Newsom has now signed a law making it illegal to need voter identification, preferring to keep everything on “the honor system.” Those who violate this law face prosecution and jail time. How do you suppose that’s going to work out?

The California Assembly approved the bill in August, which had been presented by Democrat state Sen. David Min earlier in the year. Governor Newsom then signed the bill into law.

Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed legislation prohibiting local governments from requiring voters to provide an ID at the ballot box to cast a vote. This move triggered a reaction from Elon Musk, who branded Newsom “The Joker. 

Elon Musk promptly reacted to this surprising news by comparing Newsome to The Joker, a character from the Batman series. Musk knows a crime boss when you see one. That’s why he moved Twitter (X), Space X, and Tesla out of California to Texas.

Arguments against voter ID based on the theory of a poll tax fail as well. Every eligible voter can obtain a free voter ID merely by showing several standard documents varying from a utility bill to a postal change of address card. Practical community groups often offer free rides to and from the DMV, or anywhere you need to obtain your ID. No one’s rights are being infringed.

But this new California law turns that theory on its head. Instead of specifying particular minimum requirements for citizens to fulfill, this law prohibits a whole class of requirements, none of which should impose any impediment to legal voting. Like all states, California requires people to reveal their identification when performing monetary deals at banks, obtaining certain public services or benefits, and boarding an airplane. Nobody appears to have any problem with those constraints.

But by prohibiting ID requirements entirely, the welcome mat has been rolled out for anybody interested in voting unlawfully. The criminals live within their borders. If these were deported or not counted in the census, California would lose up to 15 House seats, mainly to red states.  family has no shortage of people who enjoy their “beneficence.” They have over 10 million messages being sent out, which could not be more precise. The only people opposed to voter ID requirements are those who are most likely to benefit from having noncitizens vote. The Democrats have been hard at work for a long time now, attempting to rush as many “undocumented” migrants into the nation as possible. Does anyone still believe that this is all happening by coincidence? Pull the other one, liberals. It’s got bells on it.
