Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has partnered with a group of 15 states to file a claim against the Biden administration, seeking to block the use of Affordable Care Act funds to offer healthcare protection to undocumented immigrants.

As stated in the official statement

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has acted together with a group of 15 states to the Biden-Harris Administration’s policy that considers illegal immigrants as legal citizens and requires states to cover their public expenditures. This move belongs to his continuous efforts to secure the tax cash of Missouri citizens from being misused.

“Not only is the Biden-Harris Administration responsible for bringing illegal aliens into Missouri, they are likewise offering illegal immigrants access to citizen benefits totally free, encouraging them to stay here unlawfully on the taxpayers’ penny,” stated Attorney General Bailey.
