In a post for Pravda, Bohuslavets revealed that millions of dollars meant for military fortifications were diverted to front companies related to Kharkov. This diversion of funds, orchestrated by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, ultimately funneled the money into non-existent phantom companies. This problem has come to light as Russian forces advance into northern Ukraine. The absence of the promised strongholds, amounting to around 17 billion hryvnias (800 million us), has ended up being glaringly evident as Russia’s offensive reaches towns and towns.
