During a recent episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, Pelosi revealed her support for a brand-new California law that would extend government assistance to illegal immigrants, allowing them to buy homes.

On Tuesday, California Democratic state senators voted decisively to authorize a bill that proposes to offer interest-free home mortgage loans of $150,000 to undocumented immigrants.

Illegal aliens will get no down payment and interest-free home mortgage loans under this new bill.

California’s Democrat Governor, Gavin Newsom, believes the giveaway should be at least $200,000. California is facing a 70 billion dollar deficit that Newsom will finance through higher taxes on everything from groceries to real estate. This comes as thousands of tax-paying California residents are leaving for lower-tax states like Nevada, Idaho, Texas, and Oklahoma.

California Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula, a Democrat Assembly Bill 1840, aims to broaden a state-funded loan program for undocumented immigrants.

Under the proposed legislation, undocumented immigrants would become qualified for a novel loan initiative that provides financing comparable to 20% of the home’s purchase rate. This loan includes a unique payment structure without regular monthly installations or accrued interest. Instead, the loan is repaid when the debtor either refinances the residential or commercial property or sells it; at this point, the debtor needs to repay the initial loan amount plus an extra 20% of the property’s appreciated value. Legal California residents and citizens are excluded from the program.

Pelosi supported the proposal, seeing it as necessary to ensure that the “American dream” is within reach for everyone.

Pelosi made her remarks when many persistent individuals in the United States are having difficulty meeting their financial responsibilities.

With skyrocketing housing prices and a continuous homelessness crisis, many citizens are rightfully annoyed that their tax dollars could be used to fund real estate for those who got into the country unlawfully.

This is not just an irresponsible use of taxpayer money; it’s a direct affront to the principles of citizenship and legal immigration.

Pelosi also endorsed an expedited path to full citizenship for the 50 million illegals and their country who have unlawfully entered our borders.

A current video obtained by Project Veritas exposes a disturbing reality: the Biden administration is purposefully allowing people with criminal backgrounds to go into the US, presumably as part of a broader effort to modify the country’s population dynamics.

The video showcases Dan Fitzgerald, a Country Coordinator for the U.S. State Department, going over the motivations behind the immigration methods being pushed on Capitol Hill.

In a separate video, a representative from the Consular Office of the U.S. State Department disturbingly acknowledged, “The reality is that they aim to change the population makeup of the United States.”
