A New york city state appeals court on Thursday denied Donald Trump’s bid to rescind a trick order limiting the previous head of state from openly talking about court team in his New york city civil fraudulence test.

The judge overseeing the instance, Justice Arthur Engoron, released the gag order on Oct. 3 after the former U.S. head of state shared on social networks a photo of the judge’s regulation staff posing with U.S. Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and incorrectly called her Schumer’s partner.”

The post left the court “swamped” with thousands of risks made by Trump advocates, Engoron said.

Trump last month appealed, saying the orders broke his constitutional right to complimentary speech.

On Thursday, the mid-level state charms court, known as the Appellate Division, stated the gag order did not have a major impact.
