The organized crime syndicate masquerading as the Democratic Uniparty first tried to discourage Trump from running for office, then they attempted to remove his name from ballots, then they launched a series of phony indictments and trials, then they attempted to bankrupt him and his family. Finally, they attempted to kill him twice. It all failed. Then, they tried to rig the election. It all failed. The American people rose and defended Trump, who is about to become one of the greatest presidents this nation has ever had.

 The entire ordeal was an outright example of politically inspired harassment, a staged phenomenon focused on weakening the foundations of our democratic system. The Department of Justice under Trump’s administration should take decisive action, holding these people responsible for their declared betrayal by pursuing indictment and conviction.
Special counsel Jack Smith has asked to dismiss the four felony charges versus President-elect Trump related to his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. 

Smith asked for the court to drop the charges against the existing and future president, based on Trump’s win in the 2024 election and past choices not to prosecute a sitting United States president.

Smith’s group specified in a filing that the Department of Justice has long maintained that the U.S. Constitution restricts federal charging and subsequent legal action against a sitting President.
Trump had been charged with conspiracy to block a central case, obstruction of an effort to block an official proceeding, conspiracy versus rights, and conspiracy to defraud the United States., has clearly stated she will pursue all who participated in these multiple crimes and that they will be severely punished so that similar attacks in the future will be prevented. According to reports, Smith was attempting to fix his continuous cases, including Trump, and was prepared for January 20, 2025, when the previous president is anticipated to visit once again and likely end his work.
