Dutch lawyer is dealing with charges for revealing displeasure of large-scale migration.

A lawyer from the Netherlands understood for her conservative views, deals with legal action on accusations of promoting discriminatory beliefs and stimulating hostility. This follows her outraged reaction to a widely-shared video that captured a troubling event in which a young white boy was physically attacked and left on train tracks by a group of African migrants.

Raisa Blommestijn exposed how she had gotten a letter that amounted to an order to appear before a Dutch district attorney at a court hearing in front of multiple judges on August 19th.

The claims against Blommestijn emerge from declarations he published online in response to a troubling video illustrating a defenseless young boy from the Netherlands being mercilessly attacked and left lying on the tracks at an Amsterdam train station in May of the previous year. This attack culminated in the boy being tossed onto the train tracks.

She acknowledges that she is dealing with legal action in the Netherlands over her web posts criticizing massive immigration.

She discussed viral footage revealing a migrant gang beating a helpless white kid before throwing him onto the train tracks.

“In the eyes of the prosecution, my remarks alone were sufficient premises to bring me to trial, not the actual atrocity itself. This ominous precedent recommends that you, too, might quickly find yourself in the crosshairs.”

“Yet another white male got subjugated in the street by a group of black migrants. How many helpless white people stay to become victims? Numerous probably: the open borders elite is importing these individuals in droves, with all the repercussions that involve,” she composed.

Blommestijn stated she underwent a 4-hour cops interrogation over her remarks and later on found out that she would be dealing with prosecution.

“Until now, it was still uncertain what would occur next with this case. Sadly, I can tell you that since today, there has been clarity. The sword of Damocles has fallen due to the fact that this morning I found this letter in my letterbox. A letter that can not be viewed as anything other than a subpoena,” the lawyer told her followers.

The conservative expressed the issue that individuals were dealing with persecution for their political views and for speaking out against large-scale migration in a country that claims to be a democracy with freedom of expression.

A growing trend in Europe has seen prominent right-leaning individuals dealing with effects from authorities for vocalizing their opposition to massive immigration, with the federal government intending to set a deterrent example and suppress opposing viewpoints.

A German official was convicted of promoting hatred by a lower court after sharing a link to the federal government’s own information on migrant-related crimes, including sexual assault, and asking about the noteworthy imbalance in these statistics.

Three previous members of Belgium’s right-wing ‘Nation’ party were also convicted for Facebook posts in which they compared the Brussels district of Molenbeek to Africa due to its huge non-native population and demanded the Belgian government put “our people initially.
