Social after a New York judge scheduled a January 10 sentencing hearing in his continuous “hush money” case. Trump warned that if the judge’s judgment is maintained, it would have significant and devastating repercussions for the presidency as it presently exists.

If it is not overturned or postponed, the sentencing will occur just ten days before Trump returns to the White House.

In a later social media message, Trump specified that Merchan revived the Bragg Hoax, which legal experts believed ought to have been dismissed from the start, by using deceit and unethical behavior to make it appear legitimate.
