Trump’s Team Unleashes Scathing Commercial Slamming Kamala Harris’s Lenient Stance on Crime

An infamous and highly prominent political attack ad was launched in 1988 by backers of then-Vice President George H.W. Bush, and now the Trump campaign is utilizing a similar strategy.
Kamala Funds, Supports TerrorismLiberal Massachusetts governor Michael Dukakis was leading Bush in the polls before Bush’s campaign unleashed the “Willie Horton” advertisement, which exposed Dukakis’s soft-on-crime record.

Horton was a convicted killer who dedicated an abhorrent criminal offense, strongly assaulting a woman and stabbing her companion while on momentary release from jail under a program that was in effect throughout Dukakis’s period as governor in Massachusetts.

The commercial functions a voiceover reciting a list of Horton’s offenses as images of Bush, Dukakis, and Horton’s cops image appear on screen. Furthermore, the storyteller highlights a crucial difference between the two governmental candidates, noting that Bush supporters for capital punishment for those convicted of murder, whereas Dukakis does not.
The narrator explains that the concept of capital punishment, but leaves of absence from prison.
The ad concludes with this message: “Weekend prison passes, Dukakis on criminal activity.”

A top Trump campaign official, Chris LaCivita, released an industrial highlighting Harris’s uncomfortable history of handling criminal justice concerns.

The ad begins with a scene of turmoil from the 2020 George Floyd protests in Minnesota, followed by a shot of a now-notorious tweet from Kamala Harris, motivating her fans to contribute to the Minnesota Freedom Fund. As readers of The Gateway Pundit understand, this fund ultimately caused the release of numerous violent culprits, including convicted rapists and murderers, after it got countless dollars in contributions from liberal activists nationwide.

The ad continues to reveal clips of lawbreakers courtesy of Harris’s efforts. The bail cash for each perp was well into the six-figure range.
