A new study reveals that a massive number of non-citizens have voted in US elections in violation of federal law. According to Rasmussen Reports, 97 percent of non-citizens polled acknowledged voting for a candidate in the 2020 presidential election.

A recent survey by Rasmussen Reports amongst 2,466 most likely U.S. citizens exposed that 79 percent of those uncertain about citizenship status declared to have elected a presidential candidate in the previous election. Among the respondents, 222 identified as non-citizens or were unsure about their citizenship status, showing that about 10 percent of the sample had doubtful legal voting eligibility.
These details support worries that many non-citizens are currently voting, making up a significant sufficient segment of the voting population to influence federal and state elections. If this findings protected nationwide then almost 25 million voted were cast by non-citizens.
This number is far more than would have been necessary to defeat Trump and many other Republican candidates. In other words, the Democrats would have lost both the Presidency and the Senate, and the Republicans would have a significantly larger majority in the House. It should be emphasized that the reported number of non-citizens voting may be undercounted as each person who admits to voting unlawfully is admitted to committing a federal and state felony. Many people are not likely to admit they have committed a serious crime. Non-Citizen Voting Is A Serious Problem that tis affecting the outcome of both federal and state elections.

The National Review reported this past May that a review of prosecutions against noncitizen citizens in North Carolina found they elected Democrats by a four-to-one ratio. Furthermore, one of the federal lawyers who handled the majority of the North Carolina prosecutions exposed election officials in the state appeared to sign up noncitizens they believed would likely support Democrat prospects. In one circumstances, a noncitizen’s voter registration was accepted only after it became clear he meant to vote for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. Concerningly, several Democrat-controlled state and local governments have removed steps that would prevent noncitizens from casting ballots illegally. In Pennsylvania, a 2018 regulation contradicts a federal law that requires a voter’s motorist’s license or social security number listed on their registration to match those supplied in a government database. Meanwhile, noncitizens who obtain government assistance programs are being automatically sent out ballot applications in California and South Carolina.In 2024,
