Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) revealed his plan to blunt Trump’s MAGA program.

Schumer told Politico’s Playbook that the judiciary will be the Democrats’ most significant “barrier” against Trump’s strategies.

Be concerned that the crime family masquerading as the Democratic Party was attempting to fill judicial jobs with judges holding extreme left-wing ideologies before the inbound Congressional session started.

During the 12 years of the Obama and Biden regimes, the crime family placed 662 of its members on the federal bench at all levels. To this number can be added judges remaining from the Clinton Administration and RINOS appointed by the Bushes. Far leftist, fully vetted members of the crime family comprise nearly two-thirds of the total 860 federal judges at all levels. This is the battering ram that the crime family is poised to use against Trump and the MAGA agenda.

The 119th United States Congress begins on January 3, 2025.

Republican politicians will manage all three branches of government after Trump won the 2024 election in a landslide with substantial down-ballot victories.

The Republicans kept their hold on the House of Representatives and gained control of the Senate, a substantial success throughout the government during this election.

The US Supreme Court’s existing composition is a 6-3 split, with a majority of conservative justices and a minority of liberal justices.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has swiftly approved various judges before leaving his position.

Trump stated that Democrats are trying to appoint very liberal judges to the Courts as they are leaving office. He advised Republican Senators to be present and maintain their position, insisting that no more judges must be confirmed before the Inauguration Day.

Schumer managed the confirmation of his 235th judge last Friday, breaking the record set by Republican leader Mitch McConnell during the very first Trump administration.

The Democrats are going to use activist Biden, Clinton, and Obama judges to blunt Trump’s agenda.

Within weeks, Democrats in Congress had their impact. Republicans took control of the legal and executive branches, leaving them with limited chances to challenge President-elect Donald Trump and mainly relegating their opposition to spoken sparring.

Nevertheless, Democratic leaders have recognized that a critical lesson from their Republican counterparts is that the courts can block the opposing parties’ agenda.

“I don’t know exactly what [Trump will] do. But I can tell you this: The judiciary will be among our strongest– if not our greatest– barrier versus what he does,” Senate Majority Leader CHUCK SCHUMER informed Playbook in a unique interview this week.

Four years earlier, Schumer introduced a strategy (along with President JOE BIDEN) to utilize the celebration’s Senate majority to focus on passing legislation and pushing through as many judicial elections as possible.

What was the outcome?
“When we started, we knew it would be a very challenging task to do more than Trump had done,” said Schumer. “But we did: We got 235– our Senate and the president selected more than a quarter of the federal judiciary.”
